What we read
Themes in this company's own reviews
Counted out of the reviews already stored on this record, the same ones printed further down this page. A theme appears only where a reviewer's own sentence says it, and that sentence is shown beside it. It is what reviewers wrote, not a conclusion this site reached.
Sets up monitoring
The app that comes with the panels has never been down and is actually fun to watch and see the production.
Battery and backup power
We are not yet seeing savings from Time-Of-Use peak shaving because the battery is not supplying the house with power in the disconnected state.
Handles the permits
They manage and navigate the process from assessment, to engineering, permits, finance, clean installation and connection.
Reviewers report a lower bill
Since initial panel installation in 2021 we have only had to pay $38 every other month for being hooked to the grid.
Comes back after the job
Polaron quickly replaced the faulty inverter.
