One address, and a person reads it. Write about a wrong detail on a listing, a profile you want taken down, or anything else about how the directory is built. Say which business you mean, exactly as the name appears on the page, and what should change.
There is no contact form here any more. The one that used to sit on this page returned an error to every message sent through it and stored nothing, which nobody could see from the outside. It was removed on August 19, 2026, the same day mail on this domain started working.
How do I get a listing corrected or removed?
Email hello@solarpanelfinder.ca with the business name exactly as it appears on the page and say what is wrong, or that you want the profile down. Listings are compiled from public records, so a company that has moved, rebranded, changed hands or stopped trading will keep showing the old detail until somebody tells us. Every one of the 161 records on the site can be corrected or taken down this way, and the request does not need to come from the owner.
What happens to your message?
It is read by The SolarPanelFinder Rooftop Desk. A removal request is actioned on the next data pass. A correction is checked against the public source first, because a change that contradicts what Google Maps currently shows would simply be overwritten at the next refresh, so we fix the record and note the reason. If we cannot match your message to a record, we will write back and ask.
Do you run one of the listed companies?
Correcting your profile costs nothing and never moves you up the page, because position comes from the published formula alone. What it does change is what the page can show: your real service list, the areas you cover, your equipment lines and current contact details instead of whatever the public record happened to hold. Just want quotes for a system?
Then writing to us is the long way round, because this site does not take quote requests and passes nothing to anyone. Open the ranked list for the work you want, take the phone number off each profile, and ask two or three companies directly.
